Fuel Pressure regulater and fuel rail

Default Fuel Pressure regulater and fuel rail

when is it necessary to run a fuel rail and pressure regulator.....

I see all these builds people are doing with just RC injectors and hondata and fuel pump.....necessarily is this a requirment for turrbo charged builds? please explain...

All cars have to run a fuel rail and fpr. Are you asking when it is necessary to upgrade to an aftermarket rail and FPR???

stock stuff 400+-.
big pump may need an adj reg to tame the pump.

ok so if i am under 350 i am ok with stock fuel rail and 550cc injectors....

yup. a good reg is always good if you are having an issue with holding fuel pressure steady.

I have a GSR with stock fpr and a walbro pump. I was also wondering the same thing but my engine bay says 55psi at idel so i asume its good

at idle? if the vac line is off, maybe. thats a little high for a vac line on, fuel pressure at idle.

So it wouldnt help at all? I am going to be running around 230 to the wheels... so it would be more of a bling factor if anything...

no need to run an aftermarket rail or injectors..

I made 493whp with just the stock fuel setup, 1000cc injectors and a walbro pump
