Front Mount Intake :-p
Well guys i just finished getting my car up and running. so i figured i would share it with you guys... Here's the link. http://www.boosted-hybrid.com/...#3314
Thats right. BoostedLS finally isn't lying about his screenname. Hondatec38 and I built, installed, and tuned his car this weekend. Oh what a weekend it was. Pain in my *** and moreso in Tims. Below are pics and details.
97 Integra LS
Overblownteg Equal Length Manifold
Precision SC34 .69Trim .63a/r
Flamenco-T SS oil lines with earl fittings
2.5" Intercooler piping
Overblownteg Intercooler 31x6x2.5
Greddy Type S BOV
CPR 550cc saturated injectors
P28 socketed with Uberdata
Autometer Boost gauge and pod
Tial 38mm wastegate with .6 bar spring
Walbro 255lph Intank fuel pump
NGK 7 series plugs
Civic Single core rad
3" Downpipe
2.5" N1 Exhaust
Well we started this project thinking it would be difficult but not to bad. Boy was I wrong. Overblowntegs manifold did not fit like it was supposed to and we ended up having to do a single core rad.
Kurt Mezgar of www.vintageperformance.netdid all the fabrication for this project and he did a kickass job considering he is a vw guy. He fabbed stuff up exactly the way we wanted it.
After a few oil leaks and an overheating issue that were all resolved. We finally fired up the car and drove it. Wow! This thing wants to spool the hell up quick (3200rpm range) The BOV sounds wicked. We will do some final tuning and get it to the dyno when Drew wants to.
Special thanks goes to Kurt and Tim for an amazing job. This was the toughest custom kit I have done, but totally worth the end results. This car should make some decent power gains. Stay tuned for dyno results.
Here are some pics of everything:

Thanks again all. I guess everyone has their own opinions on things and not everyone is going to like what others like. So just gotta brush it off.. I personally think it all came together nice.

Thanks, the charge piping was mild steel so the intercooler was the best place to put the bov due to the aluminum flange. Thanks again for the comments guys.

Nice set-up man. One thing though, your bov is mounted on your intercooler. What is the point of doing that? Is there an advantage to it or just randomly placed there ?

I have some parts that i'm looking to get rid of after the install.. I had to go with a single core radiator, and slim fans... so basically my dual core radiator, fans, as well as one 3" 180 ubend pipe. If anyone is interested.. lemme know
