Default Fresh turbo now having problems. Please help

We just turboed a D16Y7 with a greddy kit with 450 DSM injectors using a resistor box. We also transplanted an IACV from a 95 civic and we are using Hondata. We got almost all the way home last night and we were tearing around a little bit and busted one of the IACV coolant lines and the car then started running like crap and leaning out kinda bad. We have now replaced the busted line with a brand new line and replaced all the plastic T's with better flowing brass fittings.

The car will now start and idle perfectly fine for about 15-30 seconds at a good 12.2-12.7 AFR. then the RPMs drop to about 1000 and it starts to go pretty lean at about 15.0 - 16.5 AFR. We are thinking we need to retune the maps but we think it could also be something else possible but we can't figure it oue. HELPPPPPP

thats what our tuner said also but he just hasn't had a chance to come over yet. But the thing is that it's not just in that section of the map. As soon as we hit bost it seems like something switches and it runs like shat at any RPM's. For instance. we start it and let it idle and it is running perfect. We back it out of the driveway and start driving in first gear and all is perfect. We push it amd it feels great and builds boost fine but then when we let off the gas it starts running like ****.

We thought it just needed more fuel so we had a new chip that had 15% across the map just for good measure and we tried it again and as soon as boost hits it ran like **** again but it still had plenty of fuel.

Cliff notes: after it hits boost it runs like crap at any RPM's. We tossed in 15% more fuel and now while running like crap it still has plenty of fuel.????????????????????????????????
