Default FPR or FP issue need help

I have a 96 integra ls with a 2001 gsr swap, stock internals with mostly a full race turbo kit. Tuned on hondata s300 car made 427whp at 16psi, dialed it back to 400 just to be easier on the trans and not have to worry about the bottom end. The car was put together less than a month ago and had one start up to check for leaks before the tune which was 3 weeks ago. It has less than 500 miles.

All the fuel parts are 3 weeks old.

The fuel system consists of:

Walbro 400 with upgraded wiring and relay.

Aem FPR stock 1.00 orifice, on stock fuel rail

new oem honda fuel filter

B&M liquid filled pressure gauge mounted on top on filter

ID1000cc injectors

Car has ran and drove like stock since the tune with no issues. It was running rock solid around 59-60lbs at the filter.

Yesterday the car sat for about 24 hours and had a couple second crank after the fuel pump starting groaning during the prime. Usually the prime is pretty quiet and it fires right up. Car idled and drove fine for the first 15 miles then I started noticing the wideband sitting in the 15-16 range under light <25% throttle. Under harder acceleration it drops down to 12.5-13.5 range.

Got to my parents house and popped the hood and saw the b&m pressure gauge having a seizure fluttering from 35ish to 55ish super fast.

Tapped the gauge and the fpr nothing changed. Pulled the vacuum line from the fpr and the gauge still fluttered but was closer to the 42-60 range. Plugged the vacuum line back in and was able to get a steady reading a couple times of 20psi. I also pulled the plugs and they were on the whiter side of tan, not too too bad but definitely cause for concern.

Is it just coincidence with the groaning fuel pump,I don't want say groaning it actually sounds more like the pump is leaning against the tank and you get like an amplified cycling. But it only makes noise during the prime. Or does this just seem like the fpr?

One other thing I have a trunk mounted battery and I have the fuel pump ground and battery ground on the same bolt. But I had it wired the same when it was still up front.

Sorry for the long post I just wanted to make sure everything was in there and I have extremely limited time to fix this plus I have to bring everything with me since the car isn't at home. I'll feel confident in limping it home but I'd rather not.

Thanks
