I say its just your fuel injectors clicking. With a stethescope on any engine with fuel injection, you will hear that clicking noise. The reason it doesn't do it at high/higher RPM is because there is enough flow going through your fuel injectors for them to not have to sporadically pump so slow, thus you don't hear it.

slower or later heat expansion
clearances are alittle(and when i mean little i mean little)loose when cold

not unless you start hearing that chatter while driving. then you need to worry

if you trust how you put together the motor and you used plastigage and checked all the tolerances then you should be good.

just remember the pistons arent stock, they are not going to behave like stock pistons, since they are made out of different materials they will do different things.

i just see all the time in here people just start talking smack trying to be the one that one ups someone else....im not saying im right by any means, but i have some experience. I do not know anyones elses experience level and no one knows mine, so just answer the questions

same i have a fully built d16y8 and its noisy when i start my civic but it goes away within minutes
