Default Flowbench results

Hey all...
Friday I'm picking up my freshly ported head and intake (from a 96 EX motor). I won't have the exact numbers until then, but Lloyd told me the setup gained almost 40 CFM, flowing just under 200 CFM on the bench. Like I've said before, I'm used to V8's, so how does this sound to you guys that have worked with 4 banger heads alot?

A GSR head that was ported by CW performance in LA flowed 430 CFM.

Yes, but on an N/A EX motor, picing up 40cfm is fairly respectable for a street driven car. To much porting is a BAD thing on an N/A Honda.

Heh, there's probably a tiny bit of difference between a B18 and a D16 head though

This is a turbo EX head (going on my hatch's DX shortblock).

James - Yeah, he said it would probably be a little doggy on the bottom end without a turbo, but he says "those Honda heads flow like crazy under boost". Keep in mind this guy also does mostly V8 stuff.
