Flex Pipe or Test Pipe for Turbo Exhaust Setup?
Soon I'll need a shop to fit the DRAG downpipe to something to fit my 3" Thermal exhuast. I'm not using a cat, so what should I have them attach in place?

you an use either way, if you use a flex pipe, just weld a 2.5" to 3" flare to the flex pipe and weld the regular 3" 3 bolts flange to it to connect it to the cat-back
if you;re using a test pipe, just make sure you use the spring loaded bolts to compensate for the jerking, so that it'll have less stress on the manifold...

does anyone have any problem with the flex pipe whistling?
also why not just get a 2.5" flex pipe weld it to the downpipe retaining the downpipes flange? Just remove the same size of piping as the length of the flex pipe.
