They are also balanced from the factory... (not high speed, but balanced at like 6K)
It'll cost around $100 to balance and the same for micropolishing

well, im building up an LS block and replacng the bearings with new ones, so i'd rather have the crank micropolished and balaned to be on the sfe side...

just so you know, when you balance a crank you dont spin it faster than 500 rpm's. The whole reason to "balance" the crank comes from the different weight from different pistons, rods, etc. that is now on the crankshaft.
