Default Fist Mods

I just got my STI for nearly 2 weeks now. It will be paid off completely by the 25th of this month. I'm looking at doing a few things to it, but not to much. What do you guys suggest first? Turbo timer, gauges, downpipe? etc??? Help me out Guys

turboback exhaust, intake, ebc, tt... dunno what else type of restrictions the sti has but those are the basics. is there a good chip manufacturer? Some manu's offer selectable multiple programs depending on which octane you run.

does the setup come with a dump valve or a bov? if it's a stock dv then I'd replace that as well, dont want you to leak boost with the ebc.

good luck with your setup!

you think it would benefit to have a turbo timer on the car? My first mod is going to be a Turbo back exhaust and a downpipe and uppipe

Almost paid off completely already?? you must be a baller . I would also look into the uppipe, downpipe, and exhaust. That alone will yield noticable gains. After that get a boost controller and engine management. My friend has a similar setup in his wrx and it has been working really well for him.

Open up the exhaust, open up the intake, and turn up the boost.

Forget the turbo timer, unless you are too much of a slacker to sit in the car for 30 seconds after you run it hard.

http://cobbtuning.com/

go here. They have packaged upgrade kits for WRX's and will have packaged upgrade kits for STI's very soon or even now. They specialize in scoobies and are a very reputable company.
