First time building an engine and I screwed up.. help?
So last weekend I finished rebuilding my D16Y8 engine after blowing a piston. It's a eagle rod vitara .5mm oversize build with ACL bearings. Everything during the build gaped and gauged perfectly within service limit. (rod bearings .0015 mains I can't remember but below service limit) Now for the problem... during the breakin after about 7 miles of driving I began hearing a rattling noise and lost about a quart of oil (luckily only drove 2 blocks while the rattling was happening) by the rear main oil seal. Super pissed off I pulled the engine back out to check everything and noticed, i'm really upset to admit this, that I hadn't tightened down the flywheel bolts and the fly wheel was moving loosely. I know stupid mistake. Currently I am checking all the bearings to see if they are damaged beyond use and if I need to get anything else other than a new seal. Unfortunately i'm not well versed on whether or not to proceed with the bearings I have as i'm not sure how to tell if they are too bad to use again or if I can just throw them back in. (which i would prefer the second option as i've already spent quite a lot of money) So if I can get an expert opinion here are some pictures of a few of the worse bearing surfaces. How should I proceed?
P.S. I'm unable to feel the grooves to the touch

The bearings to check in this situation would be the thrust bearings, as they would take most of tge abuse of a loose flywheel.
Check their condition and if they look ok reassemble the motor and check crank play front to back, put a dial indicator on the crank snout, 0 it out and use a small prybar to move the crank side to side (towards the oil pump and back to clear up any confusion about what you're checking) and see if it's within service limits. If there's too much play you need new thrust bearings

The thrust washers look fine, It looks like I do have to have the crank machined unfortunately. Hopefully that should not mess up my bearing gap. Any suggestions of what else to look at?

If the journals have the be turned down you'll need thicker bearings otherwise the clearances will be way too large
