First FI post need guidance

aright guys im gonna join the FI group here soon...i have 93 del sol...im gonna buy a vx block running for $20 and an ex head for $40 also running...if you cant tell im gonna go sohc turbo...my main reason for buying these two items is so my car can still be running during the build...the head is gettin cleaned up obviously but i need help with the block...is it gonna be worth building it??? i plan on doing rods, arp rod bolts, and p28 pistons...is there anyway i could put a z6 crank in there? what do you guys think about sleeves? im not in a hurry to do this so im just lookin for suggestions
