Default Fired up my car for the first time...

Well my CRX has been sitting since oct of last year(still on blocks when i started it up) and i finally started it up today. Im happy it started after all the crap i did lol but I have a couple of problems

1) a wierd noise from the water pump that went away after a min or two (its a new pump)

2) The car wont idle for ****, it will die then when I try to start it again its a pita to start again

3) does the vfac register boost (the pressure gauge display) I put the car in third and took it to 6k and let off (i heard the BOV) but all the boost that was registered was .002hg

4) at steady rpms (ex 3k) its kinda sputters

My setup b16a/inline pro mani/t3/t4 57 trim .63a/r innovative
tial bov/ tial wastegate /homemade i/c piping /GE vacuum manifold 3"dp/ thermal 3" exhaust/ DSM 450/ turboedit pm6/ arp studs/cometic head gasket/ portflow vavle springs / skunk2 manifold/ gsr t-body

I have my basemap if anyone cares (one cel ELD code 20 which is bs).

Also checked for vacuum leak i didnt find any, and the timing isnt dead on but close to stock timing

Any help from the Turbo gods is much appreciated

1) Probably just cavitation.

2) Running rich? Timing off? Vacuum leak?

3) I have never been able to make significant boost with no load on the engine.

4) Same as #2?

ok 4 and 2 makes sense (any one wanna look at a TE basemap?)

1 is that just basically air in the lines?

3) even though it was in gear off the ground and the bov hit (not loud but its a tial) it still shouldnt register boost?
