Default finishing my kit....need advice

im trying to finish my kit....its my daily driver

just got my motor put together...finally...yay

b18c
81.50mm ( i bought the pistons before i decided to sleeve )
GE sleeve
Mahle pistons
Eagle rods
micropolish balance GSR crank
ACL bearings
cometic gasket
ARP Head stud
new type R oil pump
new water pump


b16a2 head
stock valvetrain
GSR cams
AEM cam gears
JG edelbrock intake manifold
aem fuel rail

GSR tranny ....
all stock
still need to order my CC stage 4 clutch

t3/t4 turbonetics 57 trim .63ar stageIII
custom ram
2.5 downpipe
deltagate------i need a tial !!!
greddy 24v intercooler
HKS bov
mfactory sandwich plate

( i need intercooler piping atleast 2.5 all around for EK )

880cc precision, resister
walbro 255
b&m fpr- gauge
apexi AVC R
autometer boost, AF, oil pressure gauge
gm 3 bar
2.5 exhuast for now---3'' later --magna flow exhaust

going for Chrome-tunning will be done by paul vang_RD tech


i want to see atleast 400whp ....
im going to upgrade to a t3/t67 fullrace next year...full race mani/dp setup
and maybe some weisco 84mm and crower rods


so i still need intercooler piping... anyone have it ??

do i need a upgraded valvetrain to push my turbo to max?

will i get into the 12's or no ?

how long will my motor last ?? daily driving and some action

do i have more chances of blowing my turbo at 22psi track races

i will have some pics up.............its going into my 00 si --EM1

400 will be tough on a 2.5" downpipe and exhaust.

id use a stock fpr over a b&m

what autometer af gauge are you getting? you are gonna want a wideband not an af gauge.

if the motors not together yet, i would use an oem head gasket. youll probly be fine, but it couldnt hurt to get valve springs/retainers.

deja vu, didnt you already post the same exact thing up like a month ago? most of the build looks very good.

Oh please not again with the 2.5in dp... its been proven time an again that a 2.5 DP can still make great power, while somewhat restrictive its perfectly fine, now for the t3/t67 thats another issue.

As for the B&M they seem to be hit or miss, some work some dont, mine held great fuel pressure on 400whp and this was only on a 525cc injector.

As for valve train stock has worked for me, but if in the future you are going to make more power than def go with a full set of valvetrain.

everything else seems good, there is nothing wrong with the deltagate. Many people claimed that they were **** just because they used to come with the Drag kits that had bad wastegate positioning anyways.
