FI NOOB need help

I am looking to boost and dont know the first thing about it. I know people who boost but they're not honda guys..one reason I wanna boost I have stock internalled em1. I have heard as much as 300+ whp on stock or as low as 250 on stock. I was told 60 trim is good but I dont know what to look for as far as a/r # and e #. Please help guys. Dont flame I am looking to learn and if you dont know much about turbos please dont give advice. I would prefer very experienced people to chyme in. I dont want a kit I want to peice together cuz that = cheaper.

Gt28rs for BB or 57 trim in non-BB, both in the .63 housing
