not trying to be an ******* or anything but do what alot wish they would do and take the time and build the motor first then go boost alot of people i know boost stock motors then want more so they back step to go faster.. just my 2 cents

if youre not willing to put the research in to learn all this stuff then you might as well not mod your car.

people here dont want to spoon feed you, and thats not me trying to be an ***, but this is the truth.

Its a benefit to yourself and others that you take a look at all the materials and resources provided to you by people on this site, and sites like precision, borg, garrett, etc.

Its going to be a real kick in the face once you get your setup together and somethings wrong, and you dont know how to fix it because youve relied on people to tell you how to mod your car

So get reading, and then come back with questions once youve helped yourself first.

You need to also include your budget before anyone can recommend a turbo.

There happens to be tons of useful information on Honda-Tech.. My advise to you would be to sit down for a few hours and read read read, you might learn something.

They tell you straight up, no lie, it will be good for 450whp.
