A few questions on future turbo...
Hey all I'm new to the site and so far I've found it very helpful. Hopefully you can help me!
I have a few questions:
How hard is it to maintain a turbocharged engine? Problems?
I only plan on running 6-7 psi initially. Can I buy a large turbo and limit the boost to only 6-7 psi with a boost controller then later in the future if I want to run more boost, then upgrade the engine to handle the higher boost levels?
What kind of prep work am I looking at if and when I decide to boost at 6-7psi? What kind of prep work higher than this?

Re: A few questions on future turbo... (Racer X)
One thing i have learned for h-t is its all about the tuning.
Good tuning along with a little bit more of maintanence is all u need.
Just think about it, You are turboing a engine that was not meant to be turboed, Just keep an extra eye on things. I do that anyway so I don't think it will be a problem for me.
