Default f22a crank, h22 block

hey so i've been thinking about my next engine build for a del sol. i now i want to use h and f series parts cuz i want some big displacement. so i've been doing some researching and saw that 89 bore is the biggest i can go, what about stroke. i saw the f22a/b1/b2 crank has a 95mm stroke, and the f23 has a 97mm stroke. i dont feel like spending a couple grand for a crower stroker kit so im gunna piece one together. is 97 mm the longest i can get before going stroker kit with like 100 or 102. i want to keep it h22 block and maybe f22a6 head cuz it flow really good thats y bisi uses it
