Default F22 Vtec Turbo

I would like some input on a F22 Vtec td04-15G ( Volvo) setup. The car will be tuned with Neptune. I understand that the Accord engines dont sync well using the traditional "Lock to 16.5*" and then adjust distributor to achieve 16ish* They are usually off by quite a bit from what I am told in Crome and other management systems. Do you set cells to 16 in target idle area and shoot timing and then put the number you have at the crank in the "base timing" box in Neptune?

Also, using P72 code as a base and running around 8psi on a stock F22Vtec with TD04-15G, how much timing should be in the 8psi columns as a rough guess. I should be able to add about 4* on top of P72 code seeing as the displacement is larger and the compression is lower. Please let me know your thoughts.

Would it be unwise to add a 50shot of nitrous to this setup while running 8psi on bone stock F22? Thanks for the genuine help in advance.
