F22 boost
hello everyone i am brand new to the turbo and honda society world. I have in the past been an all show no go kinda guy and never really learned the whole performance stuff. Now that my car is pretty much done astheticly, i want to make it a little bit faster. I have a 92' accord ex. I plan on building a junkyard turbo from an eclipse only to about 5-6 PSI, i am not a power hog i just want the little kick and the sound i dont wanna win races.
I have done extensive research on the topic and know a lot about the mechanics of turbocharging. I am however VERY confused on the engine management part.
my questions are as followed
1. what is a 1g DSM eclipse? what year is that.
2. does this car come with the blow off valve?
3.what engine management should i have for 5-6 lbs
My car has 170,000 miles on it. before you go crazy, i do know that the engine WILL blow, i am ready for it and plan to do a F22b swap when it dies.
thank you in advance for any help. i know a lot of people critisize boosting the F22 and i dont care about that, this is more of a learning project for me.
