Default External wastegate install?

I have a Tial wastegate to connect to my Rev Hard log manifold. Do I need to attach the dump tube from the other flange on the wastegate and then weld the other end of the dump tube into the downpipe? Ive never done this so Im just checking.

Pictured here... http://www.tyrolsport.com/Site...l.jpg

Is this correct?

Thanks

a dump tube would be nice to keep the hot air from blowing onto the turbo, especially on the intake housing...and plus it keeps ur engine bay cleaner....u dont need to recirculate...some do..many dont...but many will argue that it helps..'shrugs'

So I can vent it atmosphere or recirculate it back into the downpipe?

I have a couple of other questions. Where do these pipes connect to shown in the picture?

Also is it worth me porting the manifold to match the wastegate? and what will I gain from doing this? Does the clear port on the wastegate connect to the manifold or the dump tube?

Thanks in advance

-bottom part of wg to manifold
can run the other side to a dump to open -atmosphere or recirculate into your downpipe
-side vacuum port goes to vac source
-top vac port goes to an ebc or mbc if u have it - leave it open to run straight wg spring pressure
-i recommend porting that mani the hole is really small
