Default Exhaust

Is my stock 2 inch exhaust with a test pipe replacing the cat, resonator in place and stock muffler be alright for 7 psi boost on a stock B18B1?

I plan on getting a new muffler down the road...

If by alright, you mean "won't cause any problems", then yeah, it should be alright. However, you'll be restricting flow, which will result in a loss of power and a prolonged spool. With a turbo Honda the best exhaust is no exhaust, so the bigger (diameter), the better. A common route taken by many, is installing a 3" exhaust system. It's not ridiculously loud, and flows enough to free up some extra ponies (as opposed to 2 or 2.5" piping).
