Default Excessive amounts of black water while idling?

We have a car with a Revhard kit that dependant upon the tuner either spits out a lot of black water or little bit.

The driveway is really dirty from this stuff, and no matter how we tune it, and consistently stay at 14.7, the car just starts to spit out black water. This only happen in the morning from a cold start

The exhuast piping is straight through, no cat, only resonator and straight 2.5 inch exhaust. Its powered by a hondata and tuned by Sean. We thought it was running a little rich, so I stuck my wideband and the car's idling 14s..

im wondering if the tial 35mm external wastegate is contributing to the condensation of exhaust gases? The wastegate dumptube is very short, and im wondering if that is the cause of the excessive condensation?

However, overall, what is the cause of "black water"?
Its not oil, just obviously dirty water.

Your car is running well!! The byproduct of combusting fossil fuels is water vapor, that's all, everything is fine
