water marks on black car
seem like every time it rains here. my black car always have water marks on it. last week i had to wash my whole car with vinegar and waxed it with mag. tech wax.
the marks dont come out with mag. quick detailer or no rinse. i have to use white vinegar mixed with water to wipe it off.
so what am i doing wrong here to get the water marks everytime it rains

Re: water marks on black car
The best way to apply Meguirs tech wax is to use a "cleaner" wax beforehand. Are you putting the wax on in steps, in thin layers? The thinner the layers, the better.
Try Zymol Carbon Wax, I think you'll be pretty happy with the results seeing as how you have a black car, and it should last quite a bit longer. It's worth the difference in money.
*Also leaves no residue left behind
