Default enlightend turbo gsr owner(need input on tuning)

i have odne some research and done 2 things i have removed my missing link and i have bought R/C 440cc injectors. i have read that with this senario i should start out seting my afc to -40% fuel correction straight accross. i was wondering if this is a good starting point or will i hurt something on my car. also i have read about people putting resistors into their fuel injector harness, what would be the reason for doing this? I feel like i am starting to get somewhere, i fyou could just point me to a website/ link that will help me learn how to tune a hack great. if you could tell me haw to tune the hack even better. i really appreciate all of your help.

They use resistors because their injectors are peak/hold injectors. If they're saturated, then you don't need the resistors.
