i have a turbo d16y8 running the smc+ and 450cc. i tried all the settings but it wont start. i took the plugs out and cleaned them. they were cover in gas. i let it sit for awhile and tried to start it again but it wont turn over. it sounds like it will start when i just clean the plugs but after that its flooded again. any help on how to fix this. my smc+ setting at idle is -46%.
