With a 60 trim what rpm do you reach full boost? If I decided to go with a 60 trim would you suggest to go with a .82 at hotside? I tried searching info about the
Sc54 but the by search wasn't working. What trim is that turbo

ive run both the gsr cams and ctr cams. the gsr cam gives a better all around powerband while the ctr cams give a little more higher end power. You can make the same power on a higher compression motor and a lower compression motor just takes more or less boost and timing. The higher compression on pump gas is not going to be so forgiving while the mid 9:1 compression will be and is safer to run with pump gas for higher HP applications. Either way its going to need a good tuner.

I was planing on mostly running 93octane fuel. What do u think turbo-ls because I am considering you as my tuner if you want the job.

My .02:

Let the turbo do the work and go 9:1. I'd rather run a few more pound of boost @ 9:1 than 10:1. This post is very interesting:

I'd rather not even worry about a few pounds of pressure, and have a better acceleration rate in between shifts with better recovery, that a dyno just doesn't record since it is a "snapshot" of a particular condition. Jeff's arguement looks at power while in boost. My argument falls outside of boost pressure, which I believe is just as important.

I picked up an SC61 as well but I've had a 60trim for the past 2 years and it made 425whp on pump gas which is more than enough for the street and 475whp on 112oct. The SC61 had been boxed up in a closet for almost 4 months now because I just love the power and spool of the 60trim. I just decided to slap on the SC61 because I want to go faster in the 1/4 mile otherwise the 60trim is perfect.
And what are the specs on the block that u hit 425whp? If you don't mind me asking...
