im goin turbo tomorrow but emissions is like 4 months away. can i just put in a cat ? will i pass like that?

 

i dont know how they are in md, but in delaware you can pass if it passes the sniff test and are obd1 or older. but if you are obd2 and have a jumper, it will fail regardless because they do the scan test for readiness.
