Well, in the new issue of sport compact they have one installed on a Matrix. If the sport compact guys can do it, ANYONE can
I was looking into the TEC3 or even TEC2 myself, but at over 1k it just didnt seem worth it. However, look at what i found:

very similar i wonder how much it is?the tec-2 goes for about 1600 still new.the tec 3 with datatlogging goes for 2300.the main reasons i want one is because i can eliminate the distributor control boost and the vtec croosover plus some other shi_.i really don;t need the tec-3.i'm just trying to find a used tec-2.i just talked to them today and they just finished producing more pulley kits.most of the ones they already have are for the b series.i myself have a d
Get this, the PRS is only $600!
Its definatly not a plug&play, but neithe is the Tec3 or 2.
It has datalogging,
boost control,
vtec/etc controller with fuel adjustment,
and you can eliminate your distributor if you want to. Its super flexible in the ignition department, and can be configured to use a bunch of different pickups.
If you want to eliminate your distributor, you can use coils like those from a DOHC DSM, which can be found at any pick&pull junkyard.
I've read over their site a ton of times, and i'll definatly be purchasing one of these systems for my own car. They are very new in the US, but they look like they have a VERY competitive product. You can even download the software for free and mess around with it.
