Eight 450cc injectors complete
I just drilled and tapped the holes for the barbed fittings(1/8 pipe thread), used high pressure oil hose(350psi), and connected everything with hose clamps. The hose was a bitch to get over the injectors, so there is no way that the hose is going to pop off. I just have to trim the mounting brackets around each injector a little more so that the injector plugs will snap on without interference...

Re: Eight 450cc injectors complete (genop)
well, read my sig...Im not sure what kind of numbers...Im just trying to go as fast as I can with my income If I had to pick a goal, I want to see 500whp eventually. With the stock head that I will be running(for now), I want to see 350whp. I think that will be reached easily, but I dont want to set my standards too high...
Anybody know what the thread pitch/size is on the Venom fuel rail? I want to order through summit/jegs to save money, but if I dont know the size, i will have buy local. The only place that can get stainless braided lines wants $65 for 3 feet of 8-an hose for example...

WHAT?!?! The most you should have to pay is $10 a foot for -8 and that's high.
Anyway, I'd be willing to bet that the Venom uses -8 AN ports like most others out there. Now these are not flare fittings like hose ends screw onto... what you'd need is this...

I have one of the new STR rails and it uses -8...I think GE's claim to fame is the -10 but I can't imagine who needs it

Why not make it easy and go with four 720cc.

I think price played a huge roll. 8 450cc are either free-$100 depending on where ya go. 4 720s are $400 or more.

Thats like a ghetto old school AIC setup! I dont see how it will perform well, you will have a lit of problem with fuel puddling since those injectors are shooting right into the runners.
You get a for effort though.

On the manifold shown, you want to fire the additional injectors with the airstream like the stock ones are. Firing them perpendicular to the airflow will disrupt airflow quite a bit. Something to think about....

Re: Eight 450cc injectors complete (tony1)
I plan on making some blocks that will tilt the injectors back a little to fire with the airflow like indicated. I just need to find somethign that is easily drill-able. Once I get my TIG welder(very very soon now), I will probably weld the blocks on along with a better mounting design...
as for the other questions, yes 8 450s are cheaper than one 720cc injector Of course my EMS offset that price a little bit, but I think the EMS is what is going to get me the most HP...as far as I know, Hondata wont control 8 injectors(in a "secondary" orientation anyway). Thank you all for the good responses...
Oh ya...people that are running methanol almost HAVE to use more than 4 injectors because they dont make an injector big enough to support the flow needed, and idling would be next to impossible with such big injectors(ie, 1600cc).
Any of you dealers sell braided hose, fittings?
