EGT probe : autometer vs greddy HELP
real quick heres my problem. My manifold has the NPT fitting size for the greddy egt probe. I have an autometer egt probe and gauge. The nut that holds the probe to the manifold is 1/4" (autometer) but the female end already on the manifold is 1/8" npt.
Ive gone to numerous places trying to find an adaptor or a way to make it work without drilling out have haveing the new bung wleded to the manifold (manifold was just jet coated)
So does anyone know if the nut that holds the greddy probe in will work with the autometer probe? Anyone have a pic of a greddy probe so i can compare it to my autometer? TIA, i need to get this figured out.

but what im wondering is will the nut piece from the greddy probe will work with the autometer probe.
If not will the greddy probe work with the autometer gauge?

i think anywhere that sells greddy products can get the fitting. But the question at hand is, will the greddy fitting work with an automter probe?
Does ANYONE have a pick of a greddy probe I could compare my autometer to?
