Default EGT gauge

Just curious, where did you guys find your EGT gauge's the cheapest? So far the best I've seen is $117 for an Autometer EGT gauge/probe kit, seems pretty good from what I've seen. Any other opinion's/site's?

You suggesting the GReddy ($165) over the Autometer ($117)? If it's worth it let me know cause I'll stick to GReddy if need be.

i have never owned an autometer gauge but everybody says they are not very accurate... just hear-say tho.

i didnt want to second guess so i just shelled out for greddy. IMO gauges are pretty darn important, if im gonna spend tons of $$$ on my motor and turbo setup i would like to keep a good eye on it.

I spent 100 bux for my autometer. Just had to say, I have a hundred cash and I dont need a receipt. My parts shop loves it that way. heh

I dont like the autometer at all. it's just toooo slow! when i have a/f doubts I quickly twist ghetto connect my a/f light show and guessimate from there. other than that.... the autometer egt gauge is a piece of tihs.

caps lock sorry

gbc.com took me to a site that sells paper shredders. Did you misspell it? Thanks.
And while I'm here, what kind of EGT temp readings are optimal?
