Default efficient turbo for 700hp

Im looking for a turbo that will make 700hp efficiently which meaning not having to push 40 psi through it. Ive been looking at the gt4294, the turbonetics t70(offers smaller exhaust housings than the gt42) and for kicks, the gt4094r turbo. all are between 1150, and 1500$ not bad.

Ive just been seeing that you dont need 850 whp to run consistent competitive times, i feel that, that range is plenty, really no more than about 750.

84mm lsvtec 9.7:1, ported head, all the little goodies. air to air.

i have a GT45R and i am trying for 550 whp on 17 psi...im sure that this turbo would easily hit 700 whp with 25-30 psi...i will let you know what i make though soon...it should be on the dyno within the next week or so.

After duing some research, I have a similar setup as yours,
im going with the gt4292 non BB
i found one for $1100
reason? its 900 cheaper then the BB one and a spool difference of 300rpm...

can you spin your past 10k?

umm no, i said efficiently. maybe on a supra will that turbo efficiently make 700. I know some would argue that though. If im going to buy a gt40R its gonna be a gt4094r

nah, i could but there is no point. 9500
do you mean the gt4294??

innovative is alright, they seem to be a little laggy, and expensive.

i thought about a netics t70 with the .70 turbine housing, or the .82

find me a dyno graph of a 700+ whp honda on a t3/t67 or t4/t67 without nitrous and not near 40 psi. I know of only one personally.

why are you so concerned with running such low boost and making that horsepower? why buy a turbo and not use all of it?

Find a compressor that will flow 70lb/min at ~70% compressor efficiency. Its not that difficult...

According to that calc, difference between 15psi and 30psi will be an increase in temps of about 140*. Probably why he wants to get a more efficient turbo than not.

im not wanting to run low boost unless you arent talking to me, i just want to find a turbo that will make 700 by around 35psi. I dont want to run 40 psi with hot *** temps to crack 700hp because that is silly.

the t67 should make that power at that boost level? IF u are a effiecent setup. cant just take a **** box and throw turbo on it and expect to make 700whp.

yeah i know what you're saying but the t67 seems like it starts blowing really hot after about 29 psi. I had one, and it did.

My gt4067R made 687 at 27 psi. gonna tune it in a month or 2. We'll see what it cranks out w/ 35psi.
Great turbo IMO but pricey as hell.

i had a gt4067 and it hit 690 at 28 psi at one time or another. Far from a t3/t67 though.
