Hopefully you are talking about a piggyback ecu system and not a standalone.
You have a few options chip wise. Most common are Hondata S300 and Neptune RTP.
Then there are the more cost effective routes like Crome.
Not getting into the different features they offer. Do that research yourself. It will help you know what you're getting into.
That being said, the modifications you listed produce very mild gains and don't require a tune.

I am going to be adding a 101mm Turbo soon
Your best options are Neptune and Hondata. It's really a matter of preference since they share tons of the same features. If it were me, I'd choose the chip that your tuner is most familiar with.

Okay, thank you for the help, I'll have to go talk to my tuning specialist and see which one he is most familiar with and also which one he recommends from the experiences he has with them.
