which ecu to get for boost
I'm boosting my 2000 si and some people have told me to get a hondata, some have told me to get a chipped P28? I think? THis guy i kno wants to sell me some kind of ecu with a spoon chip in it, somebody els4e told me not to get it cause spoon is for all-motor cars.
no two engines are the same so anything tunable would be ideal. obviously hondata would be at the top of the list because it is a well known and trustworthy company but im sure a chipped and tuned p28 would be just as good/effective.

It doesn't sound like you are going to tune it yourself. You can use the search function on Honda-tech for numerous discussions of EMSes... Neptune, Crome, AEM, Hondata are the usual candidates. The bottom line: get whatever your tuner can use that fits your price range.
You're less than 5 hours drive from me, I'd have you use Crome. For less than the price of a S300 unit without any tuning labor, I can usually do a complete tune street and dyno. Just something to think about.
