Default E85 - would methanol/H2O injection be useable?

I have methanol/H2O (cooling mist) injection on my FI H22. I plan on changing over from full time 113 octane race gas to E85. Should I disconnect the methanol/H2O injection or would it help at all when running E85? Anyone have any experience with this?

It will work. I don't see why not.

Well it will help a little, but not much. Meth injection is mainly to help cool the mixture and raise the octane a little. Ethanol does both, but not as well as methanol. Since its on, you should try it both ways. If you can't get enough HP you want w/o it spraying, then turn it back on for a bit more HP or safety.

There is a lot of debate about what chemically water/meth injection does. But IMO it is the phase change taking away the combustion temperature heat that helps you. You could even try straight water injection since you already have pleanty of alcohol in there. So my vote is yes, it'll help, but i dont know how much.

methanol has even higher octane rating, so it would raise it above e85. e85 runs way cooler then gas, so I don't know if methanol injection would help in that department.
