Default Dyno Runs and Redline Question

I was curious, on my dyno tuning runs, my tuner only takes the motor up to 8.5K rpms and stops the pull..

I plan on revving my turbo gsr motor to about 9.5k rpm at the track and on the street ocassionally.. my head has the valve springs to handle it.. i'm also running the JG IM..

So the question is, would it be okay to take the motor up to 9.5k in real world conditions considering power is still climbing and leveling off even though it wasn't done on the dyno??

u need to see where your power band is and if its even necessary/beneficial top rev that high. if your not holding power up there that added stress caused by extremely high rpms wouldnt be worth it
