I'd like to thank jeff (boosted-hybrid) for the superb service and tuning. Best part is i was only getting about 150 miles to a tank before i went and on the way home it was about 2/5th's full after 200 miles.

I wish the weather were cooler and i had a better intake manifold, but i am happy with what it put down.

wastegate spring was keeping the boost down. That was the best we could do without the boost spiking.

you should talk to itr206 he was having some problems with spike or creep not shure, but i guess that turbo needs like a 44mm gate or larger from what i was told it just flows alot get a stiffer spring and turn it up

First order of business is going to be the intake manifold. The skunk2 is not cutting it.

yea i am going to get the victor x, but i do wish i could have that AIR carbon one. 1800 bucks is a little out of the budget though.

why did u bother having it tuned at only 10.5psi? isn't it a waste of money if u just have to go back when ur ready to make what a built motor should be putting down?

and whats so bad about the skunk2 manifold?

and why exactly was the boost spiking? what spring do u have?

sorry for all the questions, just trying to make sure i dont encounter any problems that you had... thanks

The skunk2 isn't allowing enough air at higher rpms. The motor is not sleeved. I am planning on doing another motor next summer, and i wanted something to tide me over.
