Re: Dyno day.... (CivicGSRTurbo)
hey, I'm curious, how the hell does that AWD work? I imagine one set of rollers is stationary, the other moves to suit different wheel bases. But then what do you do about the pit covers? Could you give me a run down how it works? Just for curiousity's sake. Thanks.

That looks like a dynojet AWD dyno.
Curious, what is the name of this shop?
I know the Mustang AWD dyno has three additional stationary rollers to compensate for differences in wheels bases.

I'm suppa-duppa interested...
...just not right now
Gotta house to remodel by the end of summer, so the two engines I thought would be done by now are taking a back seat. If you have one in the fall, I'll bring both of my cars up there. For reference, what are you hourly rates? Email me if you would rather not post them in the open.

I'm very interested. I was actually thinking about going up to Altered Atmosphere for some dyno time anyway. My brother brings his MKIV supra there from time to time, and I've heard nothing but good things about them.
Does anyone there have any tuning experience with the EFI PMS? I just finished my car yesterday and I'm running the EFI PMS w/ the software on my turbocharged hybrid civic. Please let me know if anyone there has tuned with the PMS. Thanks.
