Default Duty cycle issue with Hondata?

I've had my car tuned, D16 turbocharged and Hondata gave a readout of having my duty cycle of 82%. Now, the car only makes 270whp, running stock D16 fuel rail, lines, 255 pump, and Greddy 720cc injectors from wirespeed brand new. From my reasearch, these injectors should allow for alot more whp than my motor makes. My A/F is in the mid 11's, so i'm stumped as to why it's reading so high on the duty cycle?

Unless they aren't really 720's.
Doubt it, but possible.

thats really weird then. unless the Hondata is giving off a wrong reading. i dunno if they can do that for duty cycle, but i know mine does on the lamda trace .

Thats all I can guess at this point, I bought them used from a memeber on here and B-H forums. He even sent me the original bill from wirespeed as the injectors were not even out of the original packaging.

don't forget to factor in your injector multiplier!

It's possibile to tune the car with the wrong multiplier and reduce the "duty cycle" available on the injectors.

I would check the tune. I just did a map and it shows that 720s should be at 82% duty cycle unti about 8025rpms at 18psi.

Hondata takes in account the injector multiplier when it shows the 'estimated' duty cycle.

so it depends on that really, the best thing to do is datalog your injector duration.
