dummy question...
if you're running rich, does your oil have traces of gasoline smell on it ???
my oil seems to have small traces of gas smell in it.....I was running mad rich for two weeks or so, my plugs indicating richness, I am still waiting for myt new sets of plugs...
but is it possible though ???
another Q's if I am throwing a code 63 (secondary O2 sensor defective) doe sthe engine actually runs in limp mode ? since the ECU is just telling you that the Cat is bad,..not necessarily an internal problem, that'll cause it to run rich and shuts off VTEC...
TIA

yes, and that is technically okay if you are running rich, except that you are washing oil off your cylinder wall which leads to quicker wear of the cylinders, the gas gets by your rings into the oil.
