Default DSM Turbo Set Up on 99 Si?

I want to slap a realitivly cheep turbo set up on my 99 Civic Si. Mostly because Im cheep and want some boost on my car since the day I bought it all most 2 and a half years ago. But because of shady people I still dont have a turbo set up on my car to this day, but thats another story.
Anyways, I would probily be using a custom manifold from Staford Fabrication, or turbo performance as well as a custom down pipe from Staford or one of my own, a 14B Turbo, side mount IC, custom piping, 1st Gen DSM BOV, FMU at first then 450CC DSM injectors, custom uberdata chiped P28 ECU when I get the injectors.
I would just like to know what others think about this set up and what kinda power it should put down, etc... Im hoping for around 200WHP @ 8PSi tunned on a other wise stock motor once tuned. I figure it works on a HF CRX (They used a T25), why can it work on my Si?

I was thinking of doing this budget set up once, untill i was told that the 14B turbo was too small for the b16a. by too small they said would stop making power at like 6000-6500. so i gave up on that idea....was told by some pretty smart peope on h-t about the turbo size, so now i have the anti-flame coat on.

do that setup for a good low end like 123 gear race not highway because you will lose up top.

the 14b isn't all that bad. It will hold boost till redline (it will hold to 20lbs till 7200-7400 on a dsm). Just stay away from the t-25.

What's wrong with the T25?

i would also recomend a fmic instead of the side mount, it's worthless. Your going to want to cool that charge temp as much as possible for your money (you can pick up a nice sized fmic for about $150).

Yea that was my biggest worry, was that the 14B is too small. But hey it seems to work nicly on a 2 liter, granted it doesnt rev as high. And Im not a high speed moron, and I dont freeway race so high gear boost isnt a worry of mine. Since the 14B's seem to make real good power on DSM's, 290 WHP with some minor bolt ons per the new Import Tuner's Power Pages (Not sure how acurate that is).
And I am gonna get the Starion FMIC, but not till a later date, I figured I could initialy get the side mount and then sell it for what I got it for once I get the Starion. I plan on upgrading everything gradualy, so it doesnt fill like im spending as much money.
