Default DSM 450's question.....

Do I need the 'clip's to get them installed? The seller says that they do not come with clips. Its for my 99 Integra.....

Thanks!

you either need the DSM clips or a set of OBD1 injectors clips. but with the obd1 clips yo still ahve to cut out the little notch in the injectors to get them to fit perfectly.. eith er way there is no way your obd2 injector clips will fit the DSM injectors.

BTW you will also need to wire in a resistor box. since DSM injectors are peak and hold and your car is a saturated injector setup..

Ya I have a resistor box, just wasn't sure about the clips. I'll have to get a set with them included. Or get the clips from an obd 1. What cars should I look for... sorry, I'm a turbo newb...

Thanks again!!!

Thanks everyone.
Does it matter if they are 1g dsm or 2g dsm injectors, one are blue tops and the other are black tops.... besides the clips, do I need anything else to install them? Do I need seals of some sort....

weird, I used the obd0 clips because they clipped right on. I have a z6 in my crx, obd1 wiring and spliced in the obd0 injector clips.

Yager-

I'm not sure if all OBD1 clips are the same cuz on my 94 lude, the stock clips clip right on with no notching.

Ok, I got 450's, the resistor box and a set of obd1 injectors so use its clips. Do I need anything else? Like seals? I read on another board that I do, but not much mention of that here....

Thanks again!!

Just bore out your injector seals that are in your intake manifold with a dremel, youll be fine.
