Default Drove an Evo yesterday

My dealership got its sole Evo that it will be getting yesterday and , after some plotting and scheming I was able to drive it. Boy o boy , my five minute drive was not nearly enough, but you have to take what you can get. Being the only all wheel drive turbo car I have driven I really have nothing to compare it to but it sure was fun. Before I drove it another guy had it on his hoist and was inspecting it and installing accessories and whatnot and we noticed that the oil cooler lines were leaking with only 8 miles on the clock...NICE, but anyway its a pretty sweet ride , big brembos, recaros, the nice fmic, and nifty ic sprayer ( my buddy filled the resevoir as if it were for the windshield wiper sprayer) I guess you have to give Mitsu credit for bringing a car like that over here. After driving it my main thought was , man I really need to turbo my integra as soon as possible. I just wish honda made a similar vehicle. I swear I'd buy five of them, well maybe only one, but still. So now we just have to figure out a way to convince honda, anyone have any ideas???? On a side note I happen to grab the Evo's stock front strut tower brace as Mitsu shipped a aluminum replacement with a bunch of other crap meant to drive the sticker price up ( pedals, guage bezel, e brake handle, rear strut tower brace, blah blah blah) , so , if anyone has one of those sissy 120 h.p. lancers and needs a strut tower brace from its big brother, I'm sure it would bolt up.

A friend of mine just bought one and has been running consistant high 12's. I think the car nice! I don't like the body too much, but with a motor like that right outta the factory makes up for it!

Yah mang! I love my Evo. It's a blast to drive on canyon runs and matter of fact, I just came back from one about 2 hours ago.. LoL! It's so much fun and body rigidity is so solid. I can't wait to try this car out on a road course on June 20... Thunderhill Raceway, NorCal for some HPDE runs. I can't believe they put me on a group with corvettes and porsches. Oh well, it's not a race, but I sure hell will have a blast.

Here's my Evo. Got this last March.

DB8 - Who can't wait to get his 3" dp and test pipe next week!
