DragII vs. Custom
I talked to a guy at a local shop who makes custom turbos... he was shooting down DragIII, saying how there's not room for growth, if you want to increase boost past 8-10psi or so... and that a lot of parts are missing with the kit.
I know you guys love DragIII... what are the pros and cons for DragIII and a custom turbo... is it really THATdifferent?

Re: DragII vs. Custom (mattymatt)
He's smoking too much crack.. tell him to lay off the glass pipe... and the other theory is that he's just trying to make money..
rooom for upgraeing past 10psi... who the hell is he kidding.. your just touching the edge at 10psi.... tickleing it if you will....
call ben, get a good kitt and spend less than a damn custom setup...

Re: DragII vs. Custom (GSRwBOOST)
If you are really planning on going all out and aiming for 400+ hp and all that it may be best to go custom. However if you only want to stay in the 300-400hp range a Drag kit should do the job perfectly well. There are some things you would definitely want to change to make it better, like the wastegate, oil return, etc., but all in all it will work very well for that.
And if you can find a used kit for sale that is in good shape [cough]https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=134745[/cough] then in all likelihood it will be cheaper too.
