Yah, if you're coming in from out of state, I would steer clear of the Cali authorities. They even trip about CARB legal stuff that you have numbers for. You can imagine what it's like for the *less* legal stuff.

NO JOKE, Thats the only thing that i hate about California, and when they trip they trip hard, like sending your butt to the reff hard..........best deal is to make some freinds that certified smog tech;s
