Anybody else having problems with their drag manifold on their Integra?? i have a 00 ITR and i can't seem to fit the bolt in the bottom center (above dip stick) into my block..also do you drag 3 manifolds warp?? any suggestions comments plz!

 

i had that same problem. what i did was replace that bolt with a stud & nut (same as the 2 outer exhaust mani studs on your head).

 

put the bolt in through the manifold before you put the manifold onto the head... then start threading the bolt before tightening the other manifold bolts/nuts... the mani is cast iron and machined true, so it shouldn't warp...

 

It wouldn't even fit on the manifold where i could of bolted it in..but thanks a lot for the info!! i'll try that stude and nut trick

 

are you sure you didn;t put the exhaust manifold gasket inside out ?
I did that before long time ago, and was struglling tor a few hours, come to realize, I put the exhaust manifold inside out..

dont; ask me why...

 

I used a stud and bolt!
