4 bolt or the 5 bolt design ? They don't have 5 bolt but they could probably make you one. I'm sure someone else sells one. To me, it would just be worth it to pay the $7 bucks.

ok.. First, remove DP and see if you can beltsand the flange FLAT, take your time.
Next, when you re-install it, give a bead of high temp silicone/high temp gasket maker on the DP, this will help fill any low spots, let it dry before you start the engine. I cant remember the EXACT name of the stuff you want to use.. Its sold at automotive stores in the chemical dept, it comes in a little tube, mine was red, And it says on the package (designed for 4 cyl turbocharged engines) go figure.. Anyways, gaskets are too expensive, just use the red stuff

I was going to add, most of the time gaskets are not needed, unless the surface is no longer flat.

I have been as well looking for a 5 BOLT GASKET, I think after some reasearch though I will just use high temp silcone gasket maker.
Will the high temp silcone gasket hold up?

Re: DP flange leaking..how to seal it?? (snowbunny)
i have had this problem for a while ive tried several gasket makers and they eventually turn into ash because of the heat. either find a metal gasket, sand the flange, or get a new flange. i am gonna make a new down pipe and use a vband so that i dont have to deal with the flange, they always warp after time.
