downspool...??
aight my turbo downspools sometimes in my h22, i does it before i hit boost and then it feels like after giving it boost the bov doesnt relieve all the pressure or something and it downspools hard. but then other times it wont downspool at all?? what can be causing this? i mean i love the sound but i know its bad for the turbo

i believe the sound you are hearing is compressor surge. this is definately not a good thing for your turbo. what kind of bov do you have? is there an adjustment screw on the back of it? if so, try loosening it up a bit and see if that helps. good luck

isnt compressor surge and downspool the same thing? i have an hks ssqv, the screw on the back is as loose as it can be.. anything elese that i could try? what could be causeing this?
nd also a little clarification. when im actually in boost and let go of the gas fast, then it wont downspool, but in vac it still does no matter what
