Default Downpipe issues resolved

Some of you (Tony1, Dturbocivic, mrbsponge, b18bturbo, etc) might remember the thread from a week or two ago about exhaust manifold wastegate fitment issues and downpipe fitment issues. Thought I would post up the modified downpipe pictures. Thanks to KJ/CMS Now jsimon9633 can finish the car up.

Putting it on and taking it off the car was the hard part because he had todo it so many times. It took a couple hours todo.

This is some of his real pie cuts 3" A/C compatible downpipe with an SFP exhaust manifold.

Thanks for the props guys. I finished up the down pipe and exhaust today. All in all it was a huge pain, there is absolutely no room in the rsx chassis with that manifold. Hell even the WG dump had to be pie cut.

The reason the pipes look kinda tarnished is that I re-used all the pieces from the one fab downpipe which they had header-wrapped. I'll take a picture when it is on the car to show how close everything fits.

link to install pics.

It actually does have good clearance between the downpipe and the waste gate pic makes it look like it is hitting.

here is the exhaust:

Thing is you can't remote link with TampaRacing.com. People who have not clicked the actual links will not see the img pictures.

I have watched this DP and IC piping being made from start to finish and KJ does one hell of a good job!

I'd also like to thank 0x64 (Alpha) from recommending ALberto to us (again )
And thank Alberto for his patience with us working on this project. Can't wait to see the finished project and see the final numbers!
