Default downpipe help

i have a 3 inch 4 bolt downpipe from a gt30r, the turbo i have is a garret t3/t4e 57 trim .63 a/r 4 bolt stage 3 wheel.. the 4 bolt on the turbo is much smaller than the 4 bolt on the downpipe. Where can i get like an adapter sort of thing? or anyone know an easy way to solve this? thanks
